1. Consumer health data we collect
ClearPose locally processes camera frames during an active session; pose landmarks and measurements derived from the visible head, shoulders, and torso; a comfortable posture baseline; alignment scores and classifications; session timing, reminders, and posture trends; and activity tags you choose. This information may reveal or be reasonably linked to physical condition, movement, or use of a wellness service.
2. Sources and purposes
Data comes from your webcam, your in-app choices, and calculations performed by the ClearPose model. We process it only to calibrate your personal reference, estimate camera-visible alignment, provide reminders, create local session recaps and trends, let you export your records, and maintain or troubleshoot the requested local service.
3. Where it goes
Camera frames and derived posture records are processed and stored on your device. They are not intentionally transmitted to ClearPose, service providers, advertisers, or data brokers. We do not sell consumer health data or share it for advertising. ClearPose may store that you accepted this notice, but not your posture measurements or session history. If you voluntarily send exported diagnostics to support, we use them only to address your request.
4. Retention and security
Camera frames exist transiently while the active session is processed and are not recorded by ClearPose. Derived baselines, settings, and session records remain locally until you delete them or reset app data. Local storage is protected by the security of your Windows account and device; you should use device encryption, a screen lock, and current system updates.
5. Your health-data rights
You may confirm whether ClearPose processes consumer health data, access or export local records, delete them in Settings, and withdraw consent for future processing by deleting local app data and not starting another camera session. You may email support@clearpose.com to request access, correction, deletion, or an appeal concerning remotely received health-related support data. We will authenticate and respond as required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
6. Consent and changes
Your separate opt-in permits the categories and purposes described above. It does not authorize sale, advertising, or unrelated use. If we add a category, purpose, or recipient, we will update this notice and obtain new consent before that processing when required.
7. Contact
Email support@clearpose.com with "Health data request" in the subject line. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying with "Appeal" and explaining your concern.
