ClearPose

Operated by Gabriela Jareczeksupport@clearpose.com

1. Scope and controller

This Notice explains how Gabriela Jareczek, operating ClearPose, handles personal information in the U.S. free beta. It covers the Windows app, account access, support, and ClearPose website. If paid plans are introduced later, billing-related processing will be covered here as well. The separate Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice adds protections for posture-related data.

2. Information processed locally

Camera frames, pose landmarks, posture measurements and scores, personal baseline, session history, activity tags, profile name, coaching preferences, and runtime diagnostics are processed or stored on your computer. Camera frames are processed transiently during an active session and are not intentionally recorded, uploaded, or saved by ClearPose.

3. Information processed remotely

  • Account: Google and Supabase process account identifiers, email address, profile name, authentication records, session tokens, and security logs.
  • Access: Supabase stores beta access status and legal-consent records.
  • Billing: The free beta does not require a payment card. If paid plans are introduced later, billing information would be handled by a payment processor and the details would be shown before purchase.
  • Website and updates: Hosting providers may process IP address, device/browser information, request time, and security logs needed to deliver and protect their services.
  • Support: Messages contain what you choose to send.

4. Purposes and legal bases

We use information to provide requested coaching, authenticate accounts, administer beta access, remember consent, prevent fraud and abuse, secure and troubleshoot the service, respond to support, meet legal obligations, and improve reliability. We rely on your request for the service, consent where required, contract performance, legal obligations, and legitimate security and operational interests.

5. Service providers and disclosures

We use service providers for identity, authentication, account records, website hosting, Windows distribution, signing, updates, support, and other operations needed to provide ClearPose. If paid plans are introduced later, a payment processor may be used for billing and subscription management. Providers process information under their own terms and applicable service agreements. We may disclose information when legally required, to protect users or the service, or in a business transfer subject to appropriate protections.

We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use third-party advertising trackers.

6. Retention

Local posture data remains until you delete it, reset the app, or remove applicable app data. Account, entitlement, and consent records remain while your account is active and for a limited period afterward for security, dispute, and legal needs. If paid plans are introduced, billing and transaction records may be retained as required for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. Support records are kept only as reasonably needed to resolve and document the request. Provider security logs follow provider retention settings.

7. Your choices and rights

Settings lets you export or delete local posture data, withdraw future local health-data processing by resetting local data, and request account deletion. You may also email support@clearpose.com to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of remotely held personal information, or to appeal a denied privacy request. We may verify your identity and retain information when legally permitted or required. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

8. Security and transfers

We use data minimization, local processing, access controls, encrypted transport, restricted credentials, signed webhook verification, and service providers with security programs. No security measure is perfect. Remote providers may process information in the United States and other locations under applicable safeguards.

9. Adults only, browser signals, and changes

ClearPose is for adults 18 and older and is not directed to children. The website does not use behavioral advertising and does not currently respond differently to browser "Do Not Track" signals. Material changes will be dated and communicated as appropriate; new health-data uses require the consent described in the Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice.

10. Contact

Email privacy or data-rights requests to support@clearpose.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line.
